Christmas menu - three course

Starters

  • Red lentil, root vegetable and tomato broth, served with crusty bread (Vegan)

  • Scottish smoked salmon, salmon rillettes, poached king prawn, parmesan crisp

  • Chicken and apricot terrine, honey & fig chutney, toasted sourdough, champagne vinaigrette

  • Beetroot carpaccio, whipped goats cheese, candied walnuts, orange, maple and citrus dressing (V)

Mains

  • Roast turkey roulade, sage and onion stuffing, red cabbage puree, roast carrot, pancetta, sprouts, red wine jus

  • Grilled Aberdeen smoked haddock, dauphinoise potato, roast cherry tomatoes, saute spinach, classic mornay sauce

  • Braised rosemary scented pork belly, baby carrots, leeks, silver skin onions, fondant potato, pork broth

  • Stuffed winter squash, carrot and cardamon puree, chickpeas, cous cous, pomegranate dressing 

Desserts

  • Classic Christmas pudding, brandy anglaise, fresh redcurrants

  • Honey and ricotta panna cotta, spiced rhubarb and cherry compote

  • Dark chocolate tart, orange and passionfruit caramel, fresh mint
